Let’s walk together

“We will never do a campaign like this again, because we will never need it again.”

That’s what we wish we could say to all women. There is a belief that advertising is just a medium used by companies to convince the world to keep buying. But in reality, advertising is much more than that, it is sensitivity, intuition, creativity and often knowing how to use simple words to tell endless ideals.

This is the case with this campaign, created at a difficult time for everyone, where the client’s desire was to take a step towards a better world free of violence. We tried to use the strong identity of Scarpe&Scarpe as an insight to support Telefono Rosa, an association that has been fighting this cause for years. The campaign was developed through the production of a limited edition shopper sold in selected shops and with social communication aimed at generating awarness in the public by encouraging users to repost the poster. Let’s walk to end violence against women, is therefore not just a claim but an example of how advertising can transform a brand that sells footwear into a brand that fights for a better world, and not just for one day but forever.
